About Us

North Shore Estates is a family community.
It was developed in 1991 and is located in Washougal, WA near the Columbia River.

It is considered the Gateway to the scenic Columbia River Gorge and offers the most panoramic view of Mt. Hood.
Easy freeway access making it a breeze to shopping, and schools and just minutes to PDX.

North Shore Estates is beautifully landscaped with 91 units and RV storage.

For family fun, there is a basketball court, and BBQ area to hold outdoor family gatherings, a large play area and jungle gym for the little ones.

The Park includes activities such as "Best Maintained Home/Yard contest" in addition to "Most improved Yard/Home", a Christmas lighting contest, and "Dumpster Days" in the spring to help keep things tidy throughout the park.
